Often food stands, food trucks, food carts and other food based enterprises have been the last to receive government funds to survive the pandemic and prepare for the economic recovery. Now, funding is available to support these very small businesses, including restaurants, caterers, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bakeries, tasting rooms, etc., especially for businesses owned by limited resourced entrepreneurs.
On May 13, 2021 the Washington State Microenterprise Association (WSMA) welcomed Michael Reis (Business Impact NW), Cathryn Griffith (Small Business Administration), Janie Sacco (SBA) and Desiree Albrecht (SBA) as they shared vital tools and information for how to help the very smallest businesses access the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) during this virtual session. Webinar attendees heard about the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF), who is eligible, how to apply and what resources are available to support the businesses you serve.
